When can I use it?
The beta starts in December 2026 with a small group of paramedical clinics, and PractiScribe opens to every practice in early 2027. Everyone on the waitlist hears first.
What will it cost?
We publish prices before we open. Founding clinics lock in 30% off for as long as they stay, and everyone starts with a 14-day free trial with no card.
What is a founding clinic?
One of the first 100 clinics to join. Founding clinics get 30% off for as long as they stay, free done-for-you switching, a setup call and a direct line to the team.
Can I be in the beta?
Tick the beta box on the waitlist form. We choose a small group of paramedical clinics for December; they use PractiScribe free until we open and help shape it.
What if something I need is missing?
Tell us. Beta clinics can tell us anything missing or not yet included, right from PractiScribe, and we build it where we can.
Do I have to talk to sales?
No. You can start on your own. A setup call is there if you want one.
Scribe
What is Scribe?
Scribe is the AI built into PractiScribe. It sets up your clinic, moves your records in, takes the notes, answers the phone, does the paperwork and follows up.
Does Scribe make clinical decisions?
No. Scribe drafts and suggests; you review, change and sign. Codes are suggestions until you attest them.
Is it safe to use Scribe with client information?
Yes. Scribe runs inside PractiScribe under signed business associate agreements, for your clinic only. A visit is recorded only with the client’s signed consent.
Your practice
I mostly do brows and lips. Is it for me?
Yes. Cosmetic tattoo is built in from the start, alongside paramedical work.
I run a med spa, skin, massage, acupuncture or chiropractic practice.
Each has its own template library. Join the waitlist and tell us what you do, and we will tell you when PractiScribe opens for your practice.
Which pigment brands does it work with?
All of them. You add the brands and colours you use. PractiScribe never recommends a brand.
Do I have to use your forms?
No. Use your own, build new ones in the form builder, or start from our templates and change anything.
I am still training. Can I join?
Yes. Students and new graduates are welcome on the waitlist.
Switching and your data
Can I bring my clients from another system?
Yes, for free: clients, appointments, notes, forms and photos. See Getting started.
What if I leave?
Export everything at any time, in a format people and other systems can read. Your records are yours.
Is my clients’ information safe?
Client information lives only inside PractiScribe, under business associate agreements. See Security and privacy.
Should I send client information through this website?
No. This website never asks for client information, so please do not send us any.
