PractiScribe comes from a family of practitioners and educators in Kissimmee, Florida, who were tired of running a skilled practice on tools that were never made for it.
Why PractiScribe exists
The record should be as careful as the work.
Paramedical and cosmetic tattoo is skilled, careful work. The people who do it spend years learning to restore an areola, camouflage a scar or match a skin tone. Then they run the business on a booking app built for hair salons, a stack of PDF consents and a phone full of photos.
We built PractiScribe so every consent is signed, every pigment and lot is written down, every photo is taken the same way, and every medical case is documented well enough to be paid. And we built Scribe so the practice owner gets their evenings back. Nothing gets missed.

Dr. Cecilia Rusnak is the CEO of Dr Rusnak Wellness and Dr. Rusnak Academy, which trains paramedical tattoo artists. She leads the clinical side of PractiScribe: how a practice sets up its forms, consents and treatment records, and how a session is documented.

Earl Rusnak leads the business and the product: what PractiScribe does, how it is built and how it reaches the practices that need it.
