PractiScribe signs a business associate agreement with each clinic, and every vendor that touches client information signs one with us.
Encrypted
Client records, photos and recordings are encrypted in transit and at rest, on infrastructure built for health records.
Access by role
Each person sees only what their job needs, and only for their own clinic. Clinics never see each other’s clients.
Two-step sign-in
Staff sign in with an authenticator app as well as a password.
An audit trail
Every change to a record is logged, with who and when. Signed records cannot be changed or deleted; corrections are dated addenda.
Private photos
Clients send photos through a secure link, never by text or email, and each photo belongs to that client’s record.

Almost nothing.
We keep client information inside PractiScribe and send other companies only what they need to do their job.
