These terms cover your use of practiscribe.com, the website of PractiScribe LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“PractiScribe”, “we”, “us”). By using this website you agree to them. Clinics that use the PractiScribe software agree to separate terms of service when they sign up; those terms, not these, cover the software.

Using this website

You may use this website to learn about PractiScribe, join the waitlist and contact us. You must be 18 or older to join the waitlist. Please do not send us information about anyone’s health or treatment, including your clients’; this website and its forms never ask for it. Do not misuse the website, for example by trying to break into it, overload it or copy it with automated tools.

The waitlist and offers

Joining the waitlist does not create an account, a contract to buy, or an obligation for either side. The beta, the founding clinic rate, free switching and any other offer described on this website are offered on the terms we confirm in writing when you sign up. We may change or end an offer before you accept it. Places in the beta are limited and are chosen by us.

Information on this website

PractiScribe is preparing for launch, with a beta opening in December 2026. We describe the product as accurately as we can, but features, availability, integrations and prices may change before and after launch. Images of people and clinics on this website are illustrations, not real clients or clinics. Examples of Scribe conversations and client records use invented names and details.

Other companies. Comparisons with other products are based on the other companies’ own websites on the date stated next to the comparison. Their features and prices change, so check their websites. Their names are trademarks of their owners, who do not endorse PractiScribe.

Not advice. Nothing on this website is medical, legal, tax, insurance or other professional advice. Documents such as superbills and letters of medical necessity may help clients seek reimbursement; we never promise an outcome.

The PractiScribe name, logo and the content of this website belong to PractiScribe LLC. You may share links to it, but not copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our permission.

This website is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about this website will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Osceola County, Florida, and you and we agree to those courts.
